The Wayne County Historical Museum has a new addition to it's log cabin collection, a log outhouse! Now children can see for themselves what Grandma and Grandpa mean when they talk about "walking the path" to the outhouse or privy at their grandparents' house when they were young.

Oliver P. Morton, who served as the 14th Governor of Indiana during the American Civil War, was a Wayne County native. His family home still stands along the National Road on the west side of Centerville.
