Community and Broker Liaison

Health Alliance Medicare is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. We're partnering with Reid Health to give Medicare beneficiaries local health care and health care coverage. Founded in Illinois, we offer plans in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and Washington--and we're excited to be expanding to Indiana. We're a local plan with provider driven decisions; we will have an office and employees right here in Richmond.

The Community and Broker Liaison establishes strong relationships with community, private and public organizations focused on serving the Medicare population. This position provides educational services to the community to raise awareness of the principles of Medicare and Medicare Advantage. The Liaison generates enrollment of Medicare prospects directly and through brokers. Additionally, during the Annual Enrollment Period, this position conducts seminars, one-on-one appointments and takes sales calls. They effectively communicate and educate brokers and individuals about products, benefit choices, policies, and procedures. They also provide compliance oversight with contracted brokers. Requires Associate's degree and five years' customer service experience. Must have experience with Medicare beneficiaries. Requires Indiana State Insurance Producer's License (or ability to obtain within three (3) months of start date), Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance.
