The Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS) has been signed into law. This is a government program that helps you purchase a new, more fuel efficient vehicle when you trade in a less fuel efficient vehicle. Check the CARS.GOV website to learn how the program works and to see if your current vehicle qualifies.



Thanks to the hard work of a team of local youth, Richmond was awarded the title of "All-America City" by the National Civic League on June 19, 2009.  The City celebrated the award and thanked the team for all their hard work with a parade, then free cake and ice cream at the City Building.   (Click to see more photos.)
