First Steps is Indiana's early intervention program, designed to identify children, birth through age three, with developmental delays or disabilities and provide services to them as early as possible in order to give them the best possible chance of overcoming any delay they may be experiencing.

All local Wayne County high school marching bands will be participating in the National City Band Day contest at the State Fair in Indianapolis on Wednesday, August 7th.
