The first annual City of Richmond "State of the City" Address will be presented on Wednesday, February 28 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common
Council Chambers (3rd Floor) of the Richmond Municipal Building at 50 North Fifth Street in Richmond.

City Departmental accomplishments for the year 2000 will be shared as well as the City's 2001 Administrative Goals.
