TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT
Communities in Wayne County will be holding Trick or Treat night on Halloween ~ Tuesday, October 31st. Times are as follows:

Richmond: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Cambridge City: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Centerville: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fountain City: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Hagerstown: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
