Waynet Executive Board Meeting
August 23, 1999

Approved, September 28, 1999

Members Present: Tom Kirk, Jane Holman, Bill O'Hara, Rodger Smith, Ron Lind, Pam Frantz, John Weber, Tim Broering, Steve Reynolds, and Cam Hart.

Minutes of previous meeting:

Motion to accept the minutes of the previous meeting.

Bill O'Hara - moved to accept minutes
Pam Frantz - seconded motion
Motion passed

New Business

Annual Meeting Update - Tom presented a draft agenda for the meeting.

Nominating Committee Report

New Executive Board Members on the nomination slate will include:
Ron Lind
Rene Oldham
Steve Reynolds

Best Website Committee Report

Ends Wednesday, August 25th.
There are between 25 and 30 entries so far.
Voting instructions will be e-mailed to members.

Executive Director's Review

Tom passed out a list of accomplishments for 1998-1999 and a list of goals for 1999-2000.
He recommended a 4% increase in salary for Jane Holman, Executive Director.
Board members agreed that Jane has done an excellent job.

Motion to approve 4% increase.

Rodger Smith - moved to approve the increase.
Tim Broering - seconded the motion.
Motion passed.

Executive Director's Report

Jane presented the Executive Director's Report.
