Issues & Projects for March / April

  • Wrestled with Google Search - updating multiple pages to help with search analytics.
  • Still searching for solution to the fact that Google can't "see" our new calendar". Updated robot.txt file, but doesn't seem to have solved the issue.
  • Climbed the learning curve for the new version of QuickBooks 2013. "Services" didn't translate to new version, so manually updating.
  • Large invoice batch in April for 2nd Quarter. - run invoices, cover letters, envelopes, write personal notes.
  • Spent nearly a full day adding Parks & Rec events and updaing info on our pages.
  • Worked on site map for new layout.
  • Many, many calendar events - lots of summer classes, events, etc.
  • Noticed Feb statement didn't jive with March - get update from Bookkeeper, redo balance in Quickbooks.

  • New credit card at MRL required updating in multiple locations.
