Advertising/Marketing/Community Relations

Ongoing: Sidebar ad on the Palladium-Item web site. $175/month for 12 months. (Goal of changing ad at least once a month. - Contract fulfilled in mid-February 2008.)
Ongoing: Business card size ad in the Centerville News newsletter for 12 months (cost $25 membership + $100/12 ads)

Issues & Projects for September/October/November

Create proposed budget for 2008.
Research calendarscript updates
Added a few entries to the WayNet "How To" Center.
Add Recreation Facilities (in cooperation with Wayne County Vision Connectedness Team)
Clean out closet and files.
Website Maintenance:
- Update web and list info for new board members.
- Using link checker software, I am slowly reviewing and fixing outdated links.
- Web site down the majority of 9/5/2007.
- Review and update page links & calendar events, as necessary. Take photos.

These figures were created by the AWStats program offered online by our web host.

Monthly figures are now being posted on the Top Twenty page. Current average is 55,648 user sessions per month. Web page views are averaging 145,277. Users sessions increased 16% in September and 9% in October. Page views increased by 8% in September and stayed level in October. The increase in users was expected - change due to increased hits to Levi Coffin House page once school begins and increased Internet usage due to the change of weather and return to normal schedules.

3rd Quarter 2007 - Quarterly figures for user sessions decreased by 9% from 2nd Quarter after the 12% increase from the 2nd Quarter of 2007. Page views decreased by 10% in the third quarter following a 4% decrease in the 3rd Quarter of 2006.

2006 Yearly Figures show a 42% increase to 657,784 users requesting 1,693,456 pages as compared to 463,839 users requesting 1,419,408 pages in 2005. This is a 42% increase in users and a 19% increase in page views over 2005.
