The first "Festival of Murals" has begun in Wayne County, Indiana.  Artists have been selected and their locations chosen.  Below is Damon Lamar Reed from Chicago painting his mural featuring a Gennett blues artist, at the corner of Fort Wayne Avenue and North D Street in Richmond.
