Jim and Vicki Hair haven't wasted anytime in getting to know their new community. After  purchasing a building in Uptown Richmond that houses an art gallery, Richmond Art Works, as well as Vicki's business, they recently hosted an art show and auction that garnered $1,500 in donations for the Cope Environmental Center.
