Executive Board Meeting
January
25, 2007
Present:
- Gary Arndts President (Marketing & Creative Services)
- Jane Holman Executive Director, Ex Officio (WayNet.org)
- Jim Buckler, Vice President/Treasurer (Work Force Development)
- Jodi Johnson, Secretary (Western Wayne Schools)
Call to Order:
President Gary Arndts called the meeting to order at 11:30 p.m.
in the Richmond Power and Light Conference Room
Old Business:
501 (3) c Application
The various advantages and disadvantages of the IRS status change
were discussed. It was suggested that Executive Board members
contact some of the Waynet members to invite their input on the
proposed change of IRS status. It is hoped that these contacts will
help the Board to clarify its position on the necessary changes
needed to continue the process of making the status change. Jane
will contact each Executive Board member with a short list of
members to be contacted.
