Called to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 12:05 by Bill Felker.

Minutes:
Minutes from the previous board meeting were reviewed. Because the meeting lacked a quorum, no motion was made to approve them. There were no questions on the previous minutes.

Old Business
There was no old business.

New Business:
There were no fee waiver requests. 

The Executive Director's report was presented. There were no questions.

Bill suggested that we need to start thinking about a program for our Annual meeting in September.  Amy noted that if we wanted a speaker with "draw power" that we need to be booking them soon.

There was general consensus that we would continue with the process of offering the WayNet Best Web Site awards again for the third time.  There was discussion as to how to encourage local businesses to submit their web sites for inclusion.

Bill requested that an email be sent to each WayNet Board Member to request the best day and time of the month for a meeting, as we have not had a quorum (7) for three meetings.  Jane agreed to follow up on this.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:30.
