Log Analysis (as of February 28, 2010)
These figures were created by the AWStats program offered online by our web host.  We also track usage with Google Analytics.

Monthly figures are posted on the Top Twenty page.  Current average is 59,765  user sessions per month.  Web page views are averaging 264,625.   Users sessions increased 17% in January and 9% in February.  Page views also increased with a 8% increase in January and a 1% increase in February.  I expect this trend to continue as students study the Underground Railroad and visit WayNet's site to learn about Levi and Catharine Coffin.

4th Quarter 2009 - Quarterly figures for user sessions decreased 3% from 3rd Quarter.  Page views decreased  by 4% in the third quarter following a huge 40% increase in the 2nd Quarter of 2009.  This large swing was likely due to the use and then removal of the original e-card program that was being accessed for nefarious purposes.

2009 Yearly Figures show a 7% decrease to 723,298 users requesting 2,781,969 pages as compared to 780,140 users requesting 1,960,314 pages in 2008.  This is a 7% decrease in users and a 42% increase in page views over 2008.

2008 = 780,140  2009 = 723,298

2008 = 1,960,314  2009 = 2,781,969
