@jÜÑ_Ø®Ñj, you provide very good insight when it comes to what is actually relevant, and I like that. However Gary and I are not however arguing the same point, for the department he is referring to when speaking of putting more officers on the street is the Sheriff's Department, and I am speaking of the Richmond Police Department. Due to the fact that they have different jurisdictions, there exsist two different sides to the argument as to where they belong. Mine is that the Wayne County Sheriff's Department belongs everywhere in the county and the included stretch of interstate, while the Richmond Police Department should stay within city limits and protect the citizens that fund them. Not the outlaying cities in the county that have their own prospective "city" police departments. Notice that we do not have Hagerstown Police officers running radar on East Main Street of Richmond, so should we have our city police officers running radar in some one elses area of protection? The answer is no. We should get what we pay for.
