in recent times i have taken anmials to the shelter and sometimes even the vet! when officers are called to retrieve anmials roaming they say they are too busy or have more inportant things to deal with. in one case to officer didnt want to pick up an injured dog because he would not let the dog into his car for fear it would smell!
i have found to be fighting a losing battle with THE ALL AMERICAN CITY!
if the city wants to help with the problem why dont they get a second shift anmial control officer.
as far as the "DOG CATCHER" we have now in the last instance when she first started she had been looking for a dog for sometime and had not yet caught it she had told me if i could catch it to feed it some tainted meat and dispose of it in the rosie roller!
