Cincinnati has a great symphony and for a wonderful meal try Mike Fink's (a riverboat moored on the Covington side), they have great food and one of the best raw bars I've ever been to.
If you like art deco architecture, walk through (better yet, stay a night) at the Netherland Hilton downtown - just off Fountain Square.
