| The Middlefork Reservoir Park is a 405-acre
facility which hosts a 177-acre stream and spring-fed lake. Owned by the
Indiana-American Water Company, the Reservoir provides 60% of the water supply to the City
of Richmond. The Parks and Recreation Department manages the recreation facilities
and maintains the park grounds. In addition to fishing and boating, the park also
hosts indoor and outdoor picnic areas, various active and passive play areas, hiking
trails, and an excellent setting for enjoying an afternoon in the sun. Located on
Sylvan Nook Drive, the Middlefork Reservoir is undoubtedly one of Richmond's best kept
secrets.

Row boats are available during Service Center operational hours.
Fishing boats are available to those persons 18 years and older.
Oars and lifejackets are provided with each rental. Rentals are based on an hourly rate,
with reduced fees for additional hours. Trolling motors are permitted on the fishing
boats.

| Daily and Annual Launch Permits |
Fisherman are welcome to launch their private
boats at the Middlefork Reservoir. Permits are available on an annual basis and can
be purchased at the Service Center during operational hours. Launching is permitted
24 hours a day, but fishermen must carry their permits or receipts with them at all times.
Anyone launching without their permit will be required to leave the facility.

Middlefork is a "no wave, no wake" area and has a 6 horsepower maximum limit on
boat motors.
Anyone using boat motors larger than 6 horsepower will be banned from future use of the
facility. Anyone wishing to launch a boat during operational hours must check in at
the Service Center prior to launching their boat.

The Reservoir Service Center and public restrooms are opened in the Spring.
At this time, boats are allowed on the docks. The gates will remain open
through the season with the exception of certain special events, and the facility will be
staffed during limited hours. Daily operational hours vary according to the season
and weather conditions.

The Middlefork Reservoir has 64 dock slips for public rental. The slips are
ideal for pontoon and sailboats. The docks are handicapped accessible and have
minimum security lighting. All people renting docks are responsible for the security
of their boats and possessions while at the facility. dock reservations are accepted
at the Administration Office in Glen Miller Park. In addition to general
information, you must provide documentation of current boat registration and payment of
City of Richmond property tax to receive the resident rate.
