A Four-Day
Intensive Leadership Workshop
presented in Wayne County, Indiana, by the Institute for Creative
Leadership
A leaderful
community is essential in the 21st century. Everyone must have
the capacities to make the community work. This intensive
workshop will help you understand what makes an effective community,
discover your gifts and talents, and learn to create and work in
performing teams, transforming challenges into possibilities.
The Basics
Who Should Attend?
Those who want to make Wayne County a better place, improve their
leadership skills and learn more about creating effective teams; and
those who are interested in building consensus and collaborations,
making organizations work and making a difference...EVERYONE!
Workshops
Four Wednesdays: April 9, April 16, April 30 and May 7, 2008 from
5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Participants must commit to all four sessions and
complete a community project in order to graduate.
Celebration Session
Projects and achievements will be recognized.
