We have a bid in on the Leland property and the bid has been accepted. Our plans hold one of two opertunities. One, we will turn the Leland Property into an RCI Gold Crown Resort which will accomodate timeshare owners to visit the Richmond area. Two, we will turn the property into Condo's for the higher class with rent in the area of 800.00 to 1500.00 per month as well as make the property a secured and protected property from Richmonds roaches.
