Our family has made it part of our holiday tradition to pick and cut our own from one of the local Christmas Tree Farms. There is one located about 2-3 miles north of Middleboro on State Road 227 North and I think there is one off of U.S. 40 between Richmond and Centerville.
If you don't want to deal with the "saw and carry" routine, the Y Men have a Christmas Tree sale at the Glen Miller Park golf course each year.
